Rebuild cached mailbox index – Groupwise

Follow the steps below to rebuild the indexes on a Cached Mailbox: Close the GroupWise Client. Go to the directory of the cached mailbox and rename the index folder to index.old (%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Novell\GroupWise\….\….\) Open the GroupWise Client and login.
